Multiple Sclerosis Runner

My story started a long time ago when I was in the national team of Slovakia in Orienteering,

unfortunately, or fortunately once I finished my junior time (last Junior World Championship in Australia I finished 14th) I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, after initial phase when I was not able to run, squat or even catch the bus I have fixed my disease by proper food and exercise. Now more than 10 years after I'm able to run ultra runs and preparing for the biggest challenge of my life, OMAN UTMB.

How did I start: I'm coming from runners family and I started when I was really young, with proper training when I was 13 (my first Youth European Championship).

What Motivates me: I love running but now motivates me mainly the fact that I'm able to run. Also to prove that with MS you can still achieve whatever you want. All is just about perspective and how you handle all the stumbling blocks.

My Greatest Sucess: The 1st place from European Youth Championship The 2nd place from School World Championship The 14th place from Junior World Championships

My ultimate goal is to finish OMAN UTMB this year

Motivation Quotes: Even if you are down, do whatever it takes to get back on top of things. There is always the way,  you just need to find yours!
